Vintage LEATHER BELLBOTTOM PANTS east west 1960s worn by Layne Staley Alice in Chains for Rolling Stone photo shoot 1995
Vintage LEATHER BELLBOTTOM PANTS worn by Layne Staley Alice in Chains for Rolling Stone photo shoot 1995.Lot consists of a pair of tan leather pants that were worn by Layne Staley of Alice in Chains for a Rolling Stones Magazine photo shoot in 1995. From a vintage clothing store in Seattle in the 1990s, that often sold or rented clothing for rock shows, photo shoots etc. ........ The pants have a tag affixed with a price of $99, however at the time they were rented by someone and given to Staley to wear at the photo shoot. There is note included which was written by the manager of the store at the time which states that Staley wore these paints. The note is written on a punk show handbill. Pants have some fading. We will write and sign a letter of authenticity for lucky buyer to confirm these facts.
Size is 30 inch waist, and 30 inseam. HAND MADE like East West leather pants...thick leather and hand crafted.
Note was written by store manager, and then they were put in storage. Now its time to find them a new home.

Price Sold: $1,800.00
Note: No doubt the TV mag is Layne's. The sunglasses could well have been his, but i'm sure Ray Ban made more than one pair. This seller is known to have 'duped' people before (see AIC Signed flat ^^)
This is a hand-signed autographed glossy promotional picture of Alice in Chains from either 1990 or 1991. It's signed by the entire original line-up of the band.
I personally had this picture signed by the members of the band when I worked at WBAB-FM on Long Island when they were promoting the release of Facelift. Included are signatures / autographs from:
Layne Staley (RIP)
Sean Kinney
Mike Starr (RIP)
Jerry Cantrell
Two of the guys have passed away, making this a particularly difficult get.
Use Buy it Now and I'll ship it for free.
End Date: 07 Sep, 2011
Price Sold: $135.02
Note: Signatures from AiC from this era have rocketed. looks genuine, have seen many auto's like the one of Layne's here. Also see the comment "& Cantrell". With no proof of signing, results are hesitant as many fakes exist.
Won on Headbangers Ball MTV competition back in 1993!
Fold marks but overall great condition!
Thanks for looking!

Note: Brilliant band signed poster, deserved a better price!
This is one the rarest AIC items to ever hit ebay. No, it is not signed by Layne but in truth, Mike Starr autographs are way harder to find then Laynes. I mean, there is always 5-10 real Layne's on ebay but I have only seen a few real Mike Starr era signed items ever. Layne and the band signed a lot of items in Seattle for the collectors there and all over the US while on tour but Mike as booted out really early so you just don't find stuff signed by him often. There is a really nice authentic Face Lift framed flat on ebay right now in fact.
Mike Starr was at this Andrew Wood of Mother Love Bone tribute show a few years back in Seattle, as a spectator, and he and his friends we so wasted and high they got kicked out. I decided to go to my car and get this CD (I just happened to have it with me) and ask him to sign it. He was so messed up but he was also really friendly and wanted us to get him some weed and to call him and he would give us unreleased AIC music, thus the inscription on the CD and 4x6" white sheet.
FACT: The face on this album is Mike Starr..
The CD is signed and inscribed as follows: Justin & Mike, This is Mike Starr (signature) talking, We are buds forever (Reference #1 to weed, he even sounded this out and emphasized "Buds" when he spoke it) A.I.C then he wrote his phone number which I edited out just for this photo for privacy reasons, then he wrote "The Green Machine" which was the second reference to weed.
The White Sheet is pretty self-explanatory but what is cool is he wrote "Alice is a slut" along with some other stuff before signing it on the bottom.
What is ironic is that drugs eventually took his life. Mike had a huge heart and Layne was his best friend and he always blamed himself for Layne's passing. RIP Mike, I hope another AIC fan will enjoy this as much as I did.
Whoever wins this, please do not release this phone number. I don't know who has it now.
End Date: 07th March 2012 (7 Bids)
Price Sold: $100.00 (£63.12)
Note: Sad to see this! but nevertheless people have to be reminded of the struggles that addicts have. Probably something that Mike would never want to see again.
SIGNED COPY of ALICE IN CHAINS - Self-titled 2LPs. It appears as though the four band members have signed the inside cover of the album. I cannot personally attest to this as I did not own it when it was signed, however, I looked up the signatures on other websites and they do MATCH what I have seen. You can see that this was signed in 1995. This is particularly rare because of the 2002 death of lead singer and co-songwriter Layne Staley.
Signature 1: Layne Staley (deceased in 2002)
Signature 2: Jerry Cantrell (guitars, vocals)
Signature 3: Mike Inez (bassist, guitars)
Signature 4: Sean Kinney (drums)
Label: Columbia – C2 67248
Format: 2 × Vinyl, LP, Album
Country: US
Released: 1995
Genre: Rock
Style: Grunge
End Date: 16th December 2012
Price Sold: $128.39 (£80.91)
Note: 2LP signed by the band - a nice price too. UPDATE: You can't even buy the LP at lower than this price anymore, nevermind one thats signed
